- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Since ANS Store uses a dropshipping model, your order may be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse, which may be located locally or internationally depending on the product and your location.
Estimated delivery timelines will vary by destination and are generally shown at checkout or on the product page. As a general guide:

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and contact details before confirming your order.
- ANS Store is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address/contact information provided by the customer.

8. Multiple Items in One Order
- If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers and may arrive at different times. This is normal for dropshipping orders — you do not need to worry if items arrive on different days.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Where Cash on Delivery is offered and selected, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
- Repeated failure to receive COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
